The lobby and theater are wheelchair accessible throughout, as are the “all genders” bathrooms. There is an elevator to reach the theater mezzanine.
If standing in line is an issue, folks are welcome to come into the lobby where there is seating. MOBILITY SEATING
Can be found near the front of the theater.
For those with service animals, seating can be found on the mezzanine house left. *Only hypoallergenic dogs may sit in the Fragrance-Free section.
All our films are open captioned/subtitled for Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing members of our community. ASL interpretation is confirmed and there will be reserved seating front of house center so that folks can see the interpreters.

There are LEDs in the lobby, hallways and the seating area of the theater, FLUORESCENT lights in the bathrooms, and work lights on stage and in the studio. The entire building has WI-FI. We ask that audiences do NOT use their phones except for urgent matters.
At Brava, these make sounds but do NOT flash. Our ushers are briefed on emergency procedures for Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing audience members.
24th St station @ Mission. Then take bus #48 for 8 blocks to York or walk 15 minutes East on 24th.
Street parking is tight. Parking is also available at SF General Hospital at 23rd & San Bruno, East of Potrero. From theater, continue on 24th to Potrero, turn left. Turn right on 23rd and the garage is on the right between Utah & San Bruno.
