“It’s been an incredibly confusing time with no accountability,” said T. Kebo Drew, managing director of Queer Women of Color Media Arts Project, which is losing $500,000 — or more than half of its budget for the year — as a result of the city’s decision to cancel grant agreements. “This action is destructive to our organizations.”
